This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate continuous group and individual training for the Partnership Engagement Administrator team.
• Act as a subject matter expert and deliver training as required.
• Evaluate Field team performance, effectiveness, efficiency, and staff professional growth.
• Represent the college at national, regional, or state conferences when necessary.
• Examine territory trends and provide constructive coaching.
• Ensure that team performance expectations for leads, students, and exposures are achieved.
• Engage in the recruitment and interviewing process for Partnership Engagement Administrators.
• Identify high-value targets and implement partnership strategies for event, lead, and student generation.
• Conduct meetings and offer guidance in GPS goal processes, reviews, and coaching plans.
• Directly lead and coach reports while mentoring colleagues within the department.
• Support and manage territories that are vacant during staffing transitions.
• Collaborate with Training and Development to ensure adherence to policy, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
• Work cross-functionally with Admissions, Registration, and Marketing to enhance enrollment processes.
• Foster and maintain team morale.
• Travel to conferences and other activities as necessary, up to 50% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• A Master's degree in management, leadership, higher education, or training is preferred.
• 3–5 years of demonstrated experience managing a large geographic territory of outside development professionals, ideally in higher education.
• Proven capability to lead projects and/or personnel to achieve successful results.
• Extensive knowledge of K-12 structures, schedules, and access points.
• Proficiency in PC skills, particularly MS Excel, CRM, Planner, PowerPoint, Zoom, and Anthology.
• Comfortable serving as a change agent in a dynamic environment.
• Process improvement mindset with a proven track record of successfully implementing strategic initiatives.
• Willingness to travel as required, up to 50% of the time.
• Strong skills in communication, organization, time management, analysis, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively with department personnel.
• Capacity to work remotely in a virtual setting.
• Minimum internet bandwidth of 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload at the remote work location.
