Field Operations Coordinator – Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate the daily field operations throughout the project.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration with dispersed field teams.

• Organize schedules, assignments, and operational activities for the team.

• Track project progress, attendance, task completion, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Gather, assess, and maintain operational reports and project data.

• Identify operational challenges and coordinate prompt resolutions.

• Manage escalations and relay critical issues to project management.

• Assist field team members with operational inquiries and daily challenges.

• Ensure consistent adherence to project processes and operational requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

• Maintain precise records, trackers, and documentation using Excel or Google Sheets.

• Recognize potential operational risks and proactively recommend solutions.

• Adapt to evolving project requirements, priorities, and operational conditions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in operations, project coordination, or project management.

• Experience in managing distributed field teams is highly desirable.

• Strong skills in people management, organization, and problem-solving.

• Ability to coordinate daily operations, schedules, reporting, and escalations.

• Exceptional attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple priorities.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Good familiarity with Excel and/or Google Sheets and operational reporting.

• Capable of working independently and taking ownership of assigned tasks.

• Availability for long-term collaboration throughout the project duration.

• Experience in field operations, automotive projects, fleet operations, logistics, data collection, vehicle testing, field service operations, workforce or field team management, large-scale distributed operations, or similar operational settings is strongly encouraged.
