Field Operations Coordinator / Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage daily field operations across the project.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration with distributed field teams.

• Organize team schedules, assignments, and operational tasks.

• Monitor project advancements, attendance, task completion, and operational KPIs.

• Collect, review, and preserve operational reports and project data.

• Identify operational challenges and coordinate prompt resolutions.

• Address escalations and relay critical issues to project management.

• Assist field team members with operational inquiries and daily challenges.

• Ensure adherence to project processes and operational requirements consistently.

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

• Maintain precise records, trackers, and documentation using Excel/Google Sheets.

• Identify potential operational risks and proactively recommend solutions.

• Adapt to evolving project requirements, priorities, and operational conditions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in operations, project coordination, or project management.

• Experience managing distributed field teams is highly desirable.

• Strong skills in people management, organization, and problem-solving.

• Ability to coordinate daily operations, schedules, reporting, and escalations.

• Keen attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple priorities.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficient knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets along with operational reporting.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.

• Availability for long-term collaboration throughout the project duration.

• Experience in field operations, automotive projects, fleet operations, logistics, data collection, vehicle testing, field service operations, workforce management, large-scale distributed operations, or similar operational environments is strongly encouraged.
