Field Operations Coordinator – Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate daily field operations throughout the project.

• Manage communication and coordination with remote field teams.

• Organize team schedules, assignments, and daily operational activities.

• Monitor project progress, attendance, task completion, and key operational indicators.

• Collect, review, and maintain operational reports and project data.

• Identify operational challenges and facilitate timely resolutions.

• Handle escalations and communicate critical issues to project management.

• Provide support to field team members with operational inquiries and daily challenges.

• Ensure adherence to project processes and operational requirements consistently.

• Collaborate with internal teams and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

• Maintain precise records, trackers, and documentation using Excel or Google Sheets.

• Identify potential operational risks and proactively recommend solutions.

• Adapt to evolving project requirements, priorities, and operational conditions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in operations, project coordination, or project management.

• Experience managing remote field teams is highly desirable.

• Strong skills in people management, organization, and problem-solving.

• Ability to coordinate daily operations, schedules, reporting, and escalations effectively.

• Keen attention to detail and capability to manage multiple priorities.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic operational environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets as well as operational reporting.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.

• Availability for long-term collaboration throughout the project duration.

• Preferred experience in field operations, automotive projects, fleet operations, logistics and transportation, data collection initiatives, vehicle testing, field service operations, workforce or field team management, large-scale distributed operations, or similar operational settings.
