Field Operations Coordinator – Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate daily field operations throughout the project.

• Manage communication and collaboration with remote field teams.

• Organize team schedules, tasks, and operational activities effectively.

• Track project progress, attendance, task completion, and operational KPIs.

• Gather, review, and maintain operational reports and project data.

• Identify operational challenges and facilitate timely resolutions.

• Address escalations and relay critical issues to project management.

• Assist field team members with operational inquiries and daily challenges.

• Ensure consistent adherence to project processes and operational requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

• Maintain precise records, trackers, and documentation using Excel/Google Sheets.

• Recognize potential operational risks and proactively propose solutions.

• Adapt to evolving project demands, priorities, and operational conditions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in operations, project coordination, or project management.

• Experience in managing distributed field teams is highly desirable.

• Strong skills in people management, organization, and problem-solving.

• Ability to coordinate daily operations, schedules, reporting, and escalations.

• Excellent attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple priorities.

• Comfort in a fast-paced and dynamic operational environment.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Good understanding of Excel and/or Google Sheets along with operational reporting.

• Capability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.

• Commitment to long-term collaboration throughout the project duration.

• Background in field operations, automotive projects, fleet operations, logistics and transportation, data collection projects, vehicle testing, field service operations, workforce or field team management, large-scale distributed operations, or similar operational environments is highly encouraged.
