Field Operations Coordinator / Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate daily field operations across the project.

• Facilitate communication and coordination among distributed field teams.

• Organize schedules, assignments, and operational activities for the team.

• Track project progress, attendance, task completion, and key operational metrics.

• Gather, review, and manage operational reports and project data.

• Identify and address operational challenges promptly.

• Manage escalations and communicate urgent issues to project management.

• Assist field team members with operational inquiries and daily challenges.

• Ensure consistent adherence to project processes and operational requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

• Maintain precise records, trackers, and documentation using Excel or Google Sheets.

• Recognize operational risks and proactively propose solutions.

• Adapt to evolving project requirements, priorities, and operational conditions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in operations, project coordination, or project management is essential.

• Experience in managing distributed field teams is highly desirable.

• Strong skills in people management, organization, and problem-solving.

• Ability to coordinate daily operations, schedules, reporting, and escalations effectively.

• Exceptional attention to detail and capability to handle multiple priorities.

• Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with Excel and/or Google Sheets and operational reporting is necessary.

• Capacity to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.

• Availability for long-term collaboration throughout the project duration.

• Experience in field operations, automotive projects, fleet operations, logistics, data collection, vehicle testing, field service operations, workforce management, or large-scale distributed operations is highly encouraged.
