Field Operations Coordinator / Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate daily field operations across the project.

• Manage communication and collaboration with remote field teams.

• Organize team schedules, assignments, and operational tasks.

• Track project progress, attendance, task completion, and operational KPIs.

• Gather, evaluate, and maintain operational reports and project data.

• Identify operational challenges and facilitate prompt resolutions.

• Address escalations and communicate significant issues to project management.

• Assist field team members with operational inquiries and everyday challenges.

• Ensure adherence to project processes and operational standards consistently.

• Collaborate with internal teams and other stakeholders for seamless project execution.

• Keep accurate records, trackers, and documentation utilizing Excel/Google Sheets.

• Recognize potential operational risks and proactively recommend solutions.

• Adapt to evolving project requirements, priorities, and operational conditions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in operations, project coordination, or project management.

• Experience in managing distributed field teams is highly desirable.

• Excellent people management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to coordinate daily operations, schedules, reporting, and escalations.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic and changing operational setting.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Good understanding of Excel and/or Google Sheets, along with operational reporting.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.

• Availability for long-term collaboration throughout the project's duration.

• Preferred experience in field operations, automotive projects, fleet operations, logistics and transportation, data collection projects, vehicle testing, field service operations, workforce or field team management, large-scale distributed operations, or similar operational environments.
