Field Operations Coordinator / Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate daily field operations throughout the entirety of the project.

• Manage communication and collaboration with various distributed field teams.

• Organize schedules, assignments, and operational activities for the team.

• Track project progress, attendance, task completion, and operational KPIs.

• Gather, review, and maintain operational reports and project-related data.

• Identify operational challenges and facilitate timely resolutions.

• Address escalations and relay critical issues to project management.

• Assist field team members with operational inquiries and daily challenges.

• Ensure consistent adherence to project processes and operational requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to guarantee smooth project execution.

• Keep accurate records, trackers, and documentation using Excel or Google Sheets.

• Spot potential operational risks and proactively recommend solutions.

• Adjust to evolving project requirements, priorities, and operational conditions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in operations, project coordination, or project management is essential.

• Experience in managing distributed field teams is highly desirable.

• Strong skills in people management, organization, and problem-solving.

• Capability to coordinate daily operations, schedules, reporting, and escalations.

• Keen attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving operational environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficient knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets and operational reporting.

• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of assigned tasks.

• Availability for long-term engagement throughout the project duration.

• Background in field operations, automotive projects, fleet management, logistics, data collection, vehicle testing, field service operations, workforce management, large-scale distributed operations, or similar operational contexts.
