Field Nurse Case Manager – RN/LPN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete patient treatment process.

• Serve as the main contact for physicians enrolling patients in NavieGo managed programs.

• Develop and sustain relationships with designated clinics and physicians, including conducting site visits.

• Collect any missing or additional details from physician offices, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.

• Manage the requirements necessary for securing prescription drug coverage.

• Facilitate cases with insurance companies, physician offices, and healthcare professionals.

• Prepare and organize documents, submissions, and paperwork for insurers and public funding programs.

• Schedule clinic appointments and coordinate drug deliveries within required timelines.

• Foster relationships with patients and essential healthcare providers.

• Implement best practices to enhance patient access to drug coverage.

• Manage pharmacy processes after funding is secured.

• Utilize extensive knowledge of public and private funding systems.

• Occasionally travel for on-site clinic visits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) designation along with current provincial licensing.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer/client service and healthcare reimbursement is required.

• Experience within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance sectors is advantageous.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is mandatory.

• Strong skills in Microsoft and Google applications, including Google Apps, Word, and Excel.

• Professional, courteous, and effective telephone communication skills.

• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and multitask to meet competing deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Proficient in resolving issues effectively and efficiently.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work rotating Monday-to-Friday shifts supporting various regions across Canada.
