Field Network Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and oversee Cisco Meraki solutions.

• Deliver network engineering support across various environments.

• Manage development, testing, and production servers.

• Install, remove, and upgrade software packages as necessary.

• Monitor network systems to resolve functionality, connectivity, and load-balancing challenges.

• Contribute to the design of networks, performance tuning, and optimization efforts.

• Analyze and suggest hardware and software improvements.

• Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and expert guidance.

• Identify and address operational issues through data analysis.

• Plan, conduct research, document, and advise on infrastructure implementations.

• Design and carry out performance, stress, and load testing.

• Develop automation solutions utilizing scripting technologies.

• Perform security scans and assessments to ensure safety.

• Investigate emerging technologies and products for potential integration.

• Offer Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting expertise.
