Field Metrology Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Carry out calibration and maintenance tasks on customer equipment, especially focusing on liquid handling devices.

• Establish metrology schedules and inspection protocols for specific equipment in partnership with clients.

• Oversee customer interventions and travel to client locations as needed.

• Conduct on-site work to perform instrument verification, calibration, and maintenance in compliance with relevant standards.

• Manage work hours autonomously.

• Develop and sustain trusted relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

• Undergo a training and onboarding process in Nantes, which includes field shadowing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: at least a two- or three-year post-secondary qualification in quality management or laboratory technology.

• A valid driver's license is REQUIRED.

• Familiarity with metrology is preferred.

• Experience in volumetric measurements is advantageous.

• Must be highly autonomous, detail-oriented, well-organized, and focused on customer service.

• Willingness to travel mainly within the Grand Est and Hauts-de-France regions, with occasional travel elsewhere in France.

• Frequent overnight stays during the week are expected.
