This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the Field Merchandising team on-site while collaborating with team members.
• Evaluate project scopes, store layouts, planograms, timelines, and priorities.
• Create daily work plans and assign duties to team members.
• Coordinate work sequencing to enhance productivity and reduce disruptions.
• Track progress, modify assignments, and ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Engage in store resets, reflows, fixture work, merchandising, cooler resets, product movement, and other physical tasks.
• Mentor team members on execution techniques, merchandising standards, planogram accuracy, and safe work practices.
• Ensure adherence to BP and TA safety policies and protocols.
• Facilitate safety discussions and guarantee compliance with PPE, tools, lifting, ladder, cooler, equipment, and fixture-installation procedures.
• Sustain safe, clean, organized, and customer-ready work environments.
• Assess project packages and identify execution challenges and obstacles.
• Confirm availability of fixtures, supplies, merchandising materials, signage, and other project elements.
• Lead the dismantling, movement, assembly, rebuilding, leveling, and positioning of fixtures.
• Guarantee precise execution of layouts, floor plans, planograms, cooler layouts, product placement, facings, spacing, and signage.
• Supervise cooler resets, reflows, refreshes, product staging, and temperature-sensitive merchandise handling.
• Organize backrooms, storage areas, coolers, deli sections, and sales desk spaces.
• Direct merchandise removal, staging, stocking, facing, pricing, and presentation.
• Act as the main liaison for store management during project execution.
• Conduct final inspections and confirm project completion, quality, documentation, and photographs.
• Coordinate team travel, arrival schedules, transportation, and field logistics.
• Prior experience in retail merchandising, store operations, field merchandising, reset, fixture installation, warehouse, or a related field is required.
• Previous leadership experience in teams, projects, store resets, or field execution activities is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with planograms, store layouts, floor plans, and fixture plans is essential.
• Experience with cooler resets, inventory organization, or convenience/travel center merchandising is preferred.
• Ability to organize tasks, set priorities, and maintain team focus on deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to execution standards.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced field environment.
• Ability to identify when an issue can be resolved on-site and when to escalate.
• Willingness and ability to perform physically demanding work alongside the team.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet relevant company travel requirements.
• Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds independently, with assistance or equipment needed for heavier items.
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, reach, climb, work at various heights, and safely use ladders and approved material-handling equipment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended durations.
• Ability to work in refrigerated cooler environments.
• Willingness to travel by automobile and commercial airline.
• Ability to work at TA locations throughout the United States.
