This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Field Merchandising team on-site while collaborating with team members.

• Evaluate project scopes, store layouts, planograms, timelines, and priorities.

• Develop daily work plans and delegate responsibilities accordingly.

• Organize work sequences and track progress to ensure projects stay on schedule.

• Engage in store resets, reflows, fixture installations, merchandising, cooler resets, product movements, and backroom organization.

• Mentor team members on execution techniques, merchandising standards, planogram accuracy, and adherence to safe work practices.

• Ensure compliance with BP and TA safety policies, guaranteeing the use of PPE and approved equipment.

• Facilitate safety discussions and address any unsafe behaviors or conditions.

• Review project packages and inspect locations for any execution issues.

• Confirm that fixtures, supplies, signage, and project components are readily available.

• Make field-level decisions and escalate issues that require approval.

• Supervise fixture teardown, movement, assembly, rebuilding, leveling, and positioning.

• Ensure that approved layouts, floor plans, planograms, cooler layouts, and merchandising instructions are followed precisely.

• Conduct continuous quality checks and rectify execution issues as needed.

• Lead cooler resets, reflows, refreshes, and manage temperature-controlled product handling.

• Organize backrooms, storage areas, coolers, fixtures, shelving, signage, and supplies efficiently.

• Assist with deli and sales desk reflows and remerchandising efforts.

• Direct product removal, staging, stocking, facing, pricing, and presentation tasks.

• Act as the main point of contact for store management.

• Communicate project progress, issues, changes, and completion expectations effectively.

• Conduct final walkthroughs to verify the placement of fixtures, planograms, merchandise, signage, and overall organization.

• Complete project documentation, take photographs, and fulfill required reporting obligations.

• Ensure that each location is left safe, clean, organized, operational, and ready for customers.

• Coordinate team travel, arrival times, transportation, and field logistics.


⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in retail merchandising, store operations, field merchandising, resets, fixture installations, warehouse work, or related fields is required.

• Strongly preferred experience in leading teams, managing projects, executing store resets, or field activities.

• Familiarity with planograms, store layouts, floor plans, and fixture plans is essential.

• Preferred experience with cooler resets, inventory organization, or merchandising in convenience/travel center settings.

• Ability to organize tasks, set priorities, and maintain team focus on deadlines.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high execution standards.

• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced field environment.

• Ability to determine when an issue can be resolved on-site and when it should be escalated.

• Willingness to perform physically demanding work alongside the team.

• Valid driver's license and ability to fulfill applicable company travel requirements.

• Capability to independently lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds, and heavier items with assistance or equipment.

• Willingness to travel by automobile and commercial airline.

• Ability to work at TA locations across the United States.

• Flexibility in scheduling for early mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, and occasional weekends.

• Capability to work in refrigerated cooler settings and active retail environments.

• No specific educational credential is required.
