Field Merchandiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the merchandising team to achieve common objectives.

• Ensure compliance with merchandising standards across stores.

• Organize products and shelving systems in accordance with store layout plans.

• Develop creative merchandising strategies aimed at increasing customer engagement.

• Directly report to the Project Manager.

• Travel domestically by air and ground about 80% of the time, including potential weekends.

• Work at a local retail site when not on travel assignments.

• Lift, reach overhead, and relocate products as necessary.

• Retrieve buyback products from shelves and accurately record them for inventory management.

• Carry out additional assigned responsibilities and adhere to company policies, standards, and workplace safety regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of merchandising experience required.

• 1-3 years of experience with planograms required.

• 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.

• 1-3 years of experience with retail inventory control preferred.

• Self-driven, independent, detail-oriented, organized, and adept at problem-solving.

• Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Comfortable engaging and communicating with the public and store staff.

• Dependable and reliable.

• Proficient with computers, with access to a computer, internet, and printer.

• Knowledgeable about ERP and inventory control systems.

• Have reliable transportation.

• Willing to travel up to 80% of the time; overnight travel is anticipated.

• Courteous, polite, and professional, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
