Field Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Educate and train store employees at partner locations.

• Organize and engage in store appreciation events.

• Develop first-name-basis relationships with store management.

• Communicate upcoming promotions, sales, and changes in business to stores.

• Identify key employees in stores for lead generation.

• Conduct monthly reviews of store performance.

• Host lead events at high-value stores.

• Represent Re-Bath at regional or district meetings.

• Represent Re-Bath at trade shows, home shows, and similar events.

• Restock brochures and promotional materials as needed.

• Ensure that displays are maintained in good condition.

• Report the needs of partner stores to production.

• Background in communications.

• Ability to deliver an effective message with every interaction.

• Strong training capabilities.

• Familiarity with industry terminology.

• Highly collaborative work style.

• Experience with trade shows, lead generation, or event planning.

• Proficient in Customer Relationship Management systems.

• Experience with Google Suite applications.

• Possess a valid driver's license.

• Have valid insurance coverage.

• Maintain a clean driving record.

• Availability for day shifts.

• Must adhere to a Tuesday–Saturday work schedule.
