This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership of Orchid's field marketing initiatives and comprehensive regional marketing strategy.
• Organize and implement industry conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, and events focused on cybersecurity and identity security, including RSA, Gartner, and regional CISO forums.
• Create and conduct Orchid-hosted executive programs, incorporating roundtables, dinners, workshops, and tailored experiences.
• Develop and manage account-based field initiatives in collaboration with regional sales representatives.
• Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including vendor management, venue selection, speaker arrangements, booth production, budget oversight, and on-site execution.
• Enhance pre- and post-event engagement through demand generation and marketing operations.
• Monitor and report on field marketing ROI, sourced and influenced pipeline, attendance figures, and account engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure messaging consistency across field efforts and regional sales resources.
• Work together on integrated campaigns that merge field activities with digital and content initiatives.
• Report directly to the VP of Marketing and operate at the intersection of marketing and sales.
• 4–6 years of experience in field marketing or event marketing within B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology sectors.
• Demonstrated capability to develop and manage a regional event calendar from the ground up, handling budget, logistics, and vendor relations concurrently.
• Strong collaborative instincts with sales; understanding of pipeline dynamics and revenue generation.
• Experience in organizing executive programs and creating intimate customer experiences.
• Practical experience with account-based field initiatives targeting specific high-value accounts.
• Data-driven approach; proficiency in tracking pipeline contributions and optimizing program mix.
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple events and programs simultaneously.
• Must be based on the East Coast.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region and occasionally on a national level.
• Background in cybersecurity, identity security, IAM, or related enterprise security markets.
• Familiarity with enterprise security buyers, including CISOs, IAM leaders, and GRC teams.
• Experience in an early-stage startup environment, building a field marketing function without a pre-existing playbook.
• Knowledge of intent data and ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase.
• Existing connections within the East Coast cybersecurity and enterprise IT community.
