This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Strategize and implement regional marketing initiatives that bolster Empathy's Life Insurance Distribution organization.
• Collaborate with Regional Vice Presidents, distribution leaders, and sales teams to align with regional business objectives and field initiatives.
• Oversee logistics and execution for conferences, roadshows, carrier meetings, sales kickoffs, and regional gatherings.
• Manage vendor coordination, communication, on-site execution, and follow-up after events.
• Create field marketing materials and sales enablement resources for wholesalers, distribution partners, and agents.
• Organize sponsorships, speaking engagements, tabletop experiences, and regional activations.
• Monitor program performance, manage event budgets, and suggest enhancements.
• Maintain brand consistency across field programs and events in collaboration with the broader Marketing team.
• Foster relationships across Marketing, Sales, Distribution, Customer Success, and external partners.
• Act as a representative of Empathy in customer- and partner-facing environments.
• 5–7+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or distribution marketing.
• Experience in supporting life insurance, financial services, wealth management, or another relationship-driven B2B sector is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in executing conferences, roadshows, sales meetings, and field events.
• Outstanding project management abilities for overseeing multiple complex initiatives concurrently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with sales leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Capable of managing vendors, budgets, timelines, and logistics with minimal supervision.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adept at quickly resolving issues on-site.
• Familiarity with AI tools for planning, content creation, and operational efficiency is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, approximately 40–60%, including evenings and occasional weekends.
• Comfortable working on-site at events and representing the Empathy brand in customer- and partner-facing environments.

• Contract position with a full-time schedule after the initial 2 months.
