Field Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop field marketing as a key driver of the US pipeline.

• Facilitate entry into target health systems and assist GTM during intricate buying cycles.

• Manage the daily execution of the US field marketing strategy aligned with the overall Marketing plan.

• Collaborate with the US GTM team as the main point of contact for field marketing initiatives.

• Convert account and market insights into actionable marketing strategies.

• Gain an in-depth understanding of target US health systems, stakeholders, buying committees, initiatives, barriers, and purchasing triggers.

• Create a regional marketing calendar, prioritizing markets, accounts, and event formats.

• Oversee US events from start to finish, including pre-event outreach, target-account activation, materials, logistics, on-site execution, post-event follow-up, and lead handoff.

• Manage pipeline and revenue outcomes from field programs.

• Generate and customize account-specific presentations, customer evidence, use-case content, and other GTM enablement resources.

• Execute and tailor US campaigns across ABM, demand generation, nurturing, and executive outreach.

• Utilize paid media, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SEO/GEO, and other channels for account and market advancement.

• Modify messaging, proof points, and content for US healthcare purchasers and account contexts.

• Investigate target organizations, healthcare trends, and commercial development prospects.

• Cultivate relationships with associations, partners, media, and agencies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of field marketing experience in a B2B health tech environment.

• Familiarity with sales cycles of provider and payer organizations.

• Practical experience in field marketing, demand generation, or ABM.

• Proven history of developing pipeline-focused programs.

• Capability to take initial briefs or guidelines and independently determine actions, organization, and priorities.

• Proficiency in executing events, account-specific content, campaigns, and digital channels.

• Experience in planning and managing pre- and post-event activities.

• Ability to transform booths or sponsored sessions into pipeline opportunities.

• Strong customer-focused relationship-building skills with accounts and stakeholders.

• Comfort in dealing with ambiguity.

• Must be US-based.

• Preferred: experience in establishing a field marketing function at an early-stage or high-growth startup.

• Preferred: knowledge of AI or voice technology products, or experience with complex, multi-stakeholder health system buying committees.
