Field Marketing Ambassador

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Promote and distribute Alani at selected events, trade shows, festivals, and high-traffic areas.

• Engage with consumers and provide comprehensive product information.

• Offer samples to create enjoyable product trial experiences.

• Represent the brand’s values, personality, and mission effectively.

• Adhere to brand guidelines in attire.

• Foster relationships with consumers and potential brand advocates.

• Address product inquiries and effectively handle consumer objections.

• Maintain the branded sampling vehicle in a premium condition.

• Assist in planning and executing promotional events.

• Collaborate with event organizers, vendors, and team members.

• Manage inventory and supplies at storage facilities and events.

• Collect customer feedback and market insights.

• Document and report activation data following each shift.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Willingness and flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and deadlines.

• Clean driving record is essential.

• A valid state driver’s license and MVR check are required.

• Must be able to stand for extended durations.

• Capable of lifting 25lbs consistently.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.

• Must possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.

• Strong organizational skills are required.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Attendance and active participation in 1–2 team meetings per month are mandatory.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Previous experience in promotional events, customer service, or brand ambassador roles is advantageous.
