Field Manager, Service Deuren

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Leading a team of service technicians

• Coaching and developing independent service technicians

• Building long-term customer relationships and assisting clients with inquiries and challenges

• Visiting clients to discuss service offerings, desires, and potential improvements

• Acting as a point of contact for recurring issues or escalations

• Monitoring quality, safety, and results within the designated region

• Overseeing financial and operational results and discussing progress with the Service Operations Manager

• Conducting safety inspections and quality audits with the team

• Collaborating with Sales, Planning, Backoffice, Engineering, and the KONE Academy

• Independently managing the designated region with room for initiative

⛳️ Requirements

• HBO work and thinking level

• At least two years of experience in guiding, coordinating, or leading people

• Experience in managing individuals and maintaining customer relationships

• Ability to coach, set clear expectations, and encourage development

• Strong communication skills with both employees and customers

• Commercial insight and the ability to take responsibility for results

• Proficient in working with digital systems and administrative processes

• Residing in or near South-West Netherlands (Dordrecht, Breda, Tilburg, Rotterdam, The Hague) is advantageous

• Experience in the lift, door, or technical industry is not a requirement
