Field Maintenance Technician, 3+ Years Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Respond to maintenance and repair requests in a prompt and professional manner.

• Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and with a high level of professionalism.

• Assist in scheduling, overseeing, and communicating with contractors to secure bids and verify the completeness of their work.

• Acquire maintenance supplies as required for the properties.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and thorough repairs related to plumbing, appliances, pool equipment, carpentry, drywall, exterior tasks, and basic electrical issues.

• Manage work orders, oversee budgets, and ensure comprehensive maintenance for the portfolio properties.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of proven, hands-on experience in property management maintenance or a related field.

• Willingness to travel within your region; this position is fully field-based.

• Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and execute comprehensive repairs in plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry trades.

• Competence in managing and completing independent work orders, budgeting time and materials, and effectively communicating with contractors and clients.

• A valid driver’s license and automobile insurance are required.

• Capability to regularly lift, push, and pull 50 lbs; occasionally up to 75 lbs; and over 75 lbs with assistance.

• A current or previous plumbing license is considered a plus.
