This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develops and sustains relationships as the primary contact for field teams handling high-volume, key account manufacturers within a designated territory.

• Offers expert support for intricate patient, provider, clinical, and reimbursement matters.

• Represents UBC at conferences organized by manufacturers.

• Collects, analyzes, and reports case trend data for Quarterly Business Reviews and other necessary reports.

• Cultivates strong connections with field-based partners.

• Establishes processes and interprets reimbursement policies to address complex dispensing or referral challenges.

• Acts as a subject matter expert for prescriber offices, manufacturer representatives, health plans, and patients.

• Aids in ensuring that measures are in place to prevent disruptions in drug therapy and to identify patient affordability options.

• Assists manufacturer field teams with program launches and ongoing therapy utilization through the provision of educational and training materials.

• Supplies support for Program Specific Processes and contributes to special projects.

• Enhances workflows related to programs, reimbursement activities, and ongoing utilization.

• Prepares data for QBRs, FDA requirements, special projects, and reports.

• Performs additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred: Associate or bachelor’s degree.

• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.

• Previous experience in the PBM and/or healthcare sector is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in team leadership is preferred.

• Proven customer service resolution skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Advanced understanding of medical insurance terminology.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Keen attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.

• Strong team-building skills along with the ability to train fellow team members.

• Skills in research, analysis, report preparation, and documentation.

• Availability for an 8-hour shift within the timeframe of 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM; start times will vary based on need.

• Training (6 weeks) hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
