Field Inspector III – Remote w/ Travel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct inspections for a variety of equipment and inspection product categories using the iInspector application.

• Organize or carry out tasks to ready equipment for inspection.

• Develop strategic routes to enhance efficiency for remote inspections.

• Choose suitable inspection checklists tailored for specific equipment types.

• Evaluate the condition of equipment and provide detailed descriptive information.

• Adjust inspection types to upgrade or downgrade based on the condition of the equipment.

• Address issues related to equipment identification, readiness, and technical aspects.

• Manage daily tasks to ensure effective processing of multichannel sales.

• Serve as the primary onsite coordinator for large remote sales.

• Guide and mentor junior-level inspectors.

• Assist with activities on auction day as required.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a relevant equipment industry setting.

• Experience as a proficient equipment operator.

• In-depth understanding of both common and specialized types of equipment.

• Capability to communicate professionally with sales personnel and external clients.

• Ability to function in both field office and outdoor settings.

• Willingness and capability to travel to various job locations as required.

• Ability to primarily work from a home base located within approximately 30 miles of Indianapolis, IN.

• Proficiency in using the iInspector application.
