Field Force Representative – Đại Diện Trình Dược

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Engage with hospital physicians, clinic representatives, and other healthcare professionals to present Santen’s products within designated territories.

• Advise doctors on the benefits of the company's products to assist in their treatment choices.

• Regularly visit healthcare professionals to remind them of Santen’s offerings.

• Gather market insights and feedback regarding products from doctors, providing timely reports to the regional manager.

• Monitor company tenders and provide updates on tender news, progress, and outcomes.

• Assist in the execution of marketing strategies, customer conferences, advertising campaigns, and new product launch events.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in Pharmacy or a qualification as a Medical Doctor.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a comparable position.

• An energetic and outgoing personality.

• A strong desire to learn.

• A proactive and independent approach to achieving sales targets.

• Clearly defined career goals and job orientation.

• Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.

• Exceptional negotiation and market engagement skills.

• Strong presentation abilities.

• Capability to perform well under pressure.

• Proficiency in the computer applications necessary for the role.
