Field Execution Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies.

• Engage with targeted accounts.

• Collaborate with the Manager to promote PDQ's, displays, and end cap placements in stores.

• Relay sales leads and additional opportunities to the Celsius territory manager.

• Broaden product distribution as permitted by the store manager, adhering to the account type guidelines.

• Ensure that account shelves, cold vaults, and stand-alone coolers are properly stocked and presented according to the specified brand flow.

• Rotate backstock to current displays, racks, cold spaces, and warm shelves in accordance with account guidelines (Independent, chain, etc.).

• Position point of sale materials as authorized by the account manager.

• Assist with new store openings and provide support during store resets.

• Capture photos and include them in weekly reporting documents.

• Conduct demonstrations upon request.

• Create and maintain an organized list of target/key accounts in the territory to aid in weekly and monthly planning.

• Communicate with the territory sales manager, district manager, or regional manager as necessary.

• Make 15-20 account calls daily.

• Monitor and complete all account calls using the Celsius sales app.

• Submit weekly work logs, including mileage.

• Perform other records or documentation tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: 0-2 years in retail or merchandising, with prior merchandising experience being a plus.

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.

• Ability to work flexible hours, with a 40-hour work week (Wednesday – Sunday).

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and possess a positive attitude.

• Must be a self-starter and a team player.

• Excellent driving record, along with required insurance and license.

• Personal vehicle required; an allowance will be provided.

• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effective interaction both internally and with external contacts.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
