This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Propel sales by enhancing in-store execution and ensuring impeccable field execution through distributors.
• Conduct frequent sales meetings with key local and regional retail field management personnel.
• Negotiate and secure improved in-store execution during promotions and off-promotions, including additional shelf space, cooler placements, and display execution within key accounts.
• Collaborate with commercial marketing to ensure top-tier execution of retail activations.
• Review monthly performance metrics with distributors and create actionable plans to address any gaps.
• Work directly with district managers and field management teams to set in-store execution standards.
• Serve as the primary contact for distributor account managers to resolve issues and identify opportunities.
• Provide training and guidance on brand positioning and product knowledge to distributor sales teams.
• Monitor inventory levels, placement, and promotional execution.
• Build and nurture relationships with distributor partners.
• Engage directly with retailers and store personnel to expand brand presence in stores.
• Optimize product placement on shelves and in displays.
• Gather insights on customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends.
• Log daily sales activities, customer interactions, and distributor management updates using CRM tools.
• Follow up on order statuses and ensure timely deliveries to distributors and retail partners.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and inquiries promptly.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on territory performance, objectives, and key insights.
• 3-10 years of experience in sales, field execution, distributor management, or a comparable role within the beverage, FMCG, or CPG sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the capability to foster long-lasting relationships.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and sales analytics software.
• Self-motivated individual who flourishes in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings.
• Willingness to travel locally within the designated territory (driver’s license required).
• Valid Driver's License, dependable vehicle, current vehicle liability insurance, and a driving record that complies with Nutrabolt’s MVR policy guidelines.
• A reliable smartphone with camera technology from the last 3 years for CRM tools and capturing field execution visuals.
• Capability to lift 50 lbs or more and meet the physical demands of the position.
