This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Provide support to retail and vendor partners in the Northeast United States region.
• Cultivate vendor relationships by sharing valuable insights, data, and market trends.
• Carry out site visits to document vendor execution practices.
• Participate in partner meetings and offer consultation on schematics and retail space planning.
• Record planogram execution and compliance.
• Maintain company relations with a key retail partner and assist in managing retailer categories.
• Act as a liaison between retailer and vendor partners to enhance execution, efficiency, and profitability.
• Coordinate promotional activities, new store openings, store resets, and other retailer-led initiatives.
• Collaborate with Tactiq, retailers, and distributors to develop business opportunities and resolve issues.
• Conduct research and source new distributors and products.
• Deliver category insights and analysis utilizing reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date reports on distributor performance, lost sales, planogram compliance, and item voids.
• Work with the retailer on the weekly Pipeline usage.
• Design schematics using space and product rationalization techniques.
• Set up new items, maintain existing items, organize promotions/TPRs, align zones, and manage item and store lists.
• Must reside in PA, NC, VA, or IL and be located near a major airport.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Willingness to travel weekly within the MidAtlantic United States.
• Minimum travel requirement of 95%.
• At least 2 years of experience in the distribution industry.
• A minimum of 2 years of retail experience.
• Retail and/or food/beverage experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience in schematic creation is preferred.
• Familiarity with MicroStrategy is preferred.
• Background in working with retail and distribution partners.
• Ability to present data and insights clearly, concisely, and convincingly.
• Proven track record in managing relationships within retail and/or distribution.
• Experience in building and sharing reports and data with both technical and non-technical audiences.
