Field Events Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the daily production and execution of various events.

• Manage timelines, deliverables, project documentation, workback schedules, and task trackers.

• Prepare agendas, document meeting summaries, and monitor action items.

• Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory tracking, and on-site materials management.

• Facilitate communication with vendors, coordinate production schedules, and plan logistics.

• Support the management of purchase orders, invoices, vendor documentation, and budget tracking.

• Aid in the logistics of run-of-show, onsite coordination, and vendor management during live events.

• Assist with venue sourcing, vendor research, and logistical exploration.

• Help with proposal logistics, budget analysis, and presentation formatting for new business opportunities.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to transform strategic direction into organized execution plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in an agency or in-house brand setting focused on experiential or events.

• Familiarity with live event planning, activations, or large-scale productions.

• Preference for candidates located in the CST or EST time zones.

• Capability to engage in talking, sitting, standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive motions with hands/arms and legs.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for prolonged periods during on-site execution.

• Continuous hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills are required.

• Some evening or weekend work and travel may be necessary depending on event schedules.

• Limited travel; less than 10% is expected.
