This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Supervise and guide District Services Managers, Assistant Market Managers, Branch Install Managers, Sales Managers, and Regional Provider Managers across a multi-district geographical service area.
• Concentrate on pipeline management, conversion rates, customer service, and provider relations to enhance profitability and ensure an exceptional installation experience.
• Lead and nurture high-performing field associates.
• Convey the strategic vision of Home Services effectively.
• Ensure the safety of associates and adherence to regulations and requirements.
• Achieve or surpass targets set for assigned sales plans.
• Collaborate with Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs), regional support teams, and District Managers (DMs).
• Address escalated customer concerns in coordination with field leadership.
• Cultivate and strengthen selling and operational abilities through education, coaching, mentorship, and motivation.
• Evaluate sales, financial, and operational metrics within the assigned service area.
• Identify opportunities and implement improvement strategies.
• Execute the Home Services strategy to drive growth, profitability, and an improved customer experience.
• Oversee talent decisions and retention strategies across a vast geographical area.
• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Proven expertise in predictive modeling, data mining, and data analysis.
• Ability to draw accurate insights from financial documents.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Relevant professional background in Home Services (with a demonstrated capability to influence business), Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Sales Training.
• Experience in retail, the home improvement sector, or the general construction industry.
• A minimum of 5 years of pertinent professional work experience.
• Experience in people management with multi-unit or geographically dispersed teams.
• Proven capacity to drive strategy and manage change through input, delivery, and implementation of initiatives.
• Experience in adopting new technologies and their application to business processes.
• Background in evaluating and formulating strategies for multiple locations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Robust business and financial acumen.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a field related to the position.
