
Field Deployment Specialist – High Travel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.
• Travel to customer feed mills to perform thorough surveys for BinSentry installations
• Organize survey schedules and manage site access in collaboration with customers
• Examine feed bins, site conditions, access points, construction aspects, and potential obstacles for installation
• Gather bin measurements, photographs, notes, and installation requirements utilizing tape and laser measures
• Assess the best sensor installation method for each bin
• Conduct surveys at sites with approximately 5 to over 100 bins, with visits generally lasting between 2 to 8 hours
• Discuss findings with customers and finalize survey documentation and presentations
• Represent BinSentry during customer site visits and clarify survey and service processes
• Manage site access and requirements, provide updates, and summarize completed tasks
• Travel to locations and collaborate with contracting teams during installations and service visits
• Oversee work in relation to the planned scope and confirm sensors are correctly installed and visible in relevant applications
• Record completed work and relay updates internally
• Arrange flights, rental cars, accommodations, and local transport
• Prepare survey equipment and supplies, obtaining additional materials as necessary
• Modify travel plans in response to shifting customer or project needs
• Complete administrative and computer-related tasks between assignments or while traveling
• Report to the Deployment Manager
• Comfortable climbing ladders and utilizing small elevators
• Not deterred by heights
• Willing to travel frequently across the U.S. and Canada as required
• Experience in project coordination, scheduling, or operations support
• Ag-tech or agricultural experience is a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners
• Proficient in working with data and trackers to monitor status and identify issues
• Basic knowledge of measurement tools (laser measure, tape measure) and electronic devices (smartphone, modem) is advantageous
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and meticulous in record-keeping
• Service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at the same time
• Positive attitude and collaborative nature, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Central location in the U.S. and/or Canada is preferred for ease of coordination and occasional travel to client sites
