Field Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Facilitate daily communication between field crews and remote project managers.

• Organize schedules and communication among hospitals, warehouse, laundry, and other departments.

• Develop and oversee schedules for field employees, adjusting staffing as project requirements evolve.

• Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and overall work performance.

• Ensure team members meet deadlines, maintain workmanship quality, and adhere to company standards.

• Address instances of subpar work swiftly and professionally, documenting issues as necessary.

• Track project advancements and deliver accurate status updates to management.

• Prepare and manage invoices and other documentation related to projects.

• Maintain organization, efficiency, and alignment of field operations with project timelines.

• Background in field operations, construction, manufacturing, or project coordination.

• Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the confidence to uphold standards.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and scheduling skills.

• Experience in tracking attendance, monitoring performance, and ensuring employee accountability.

• Knowledge of invoicing and basic administrative procedures.

• Proficient in remote communication and project management software.

• Capacity to make prudent decisions and address issues independently.

• Comfortable directly addressing performance matters, maintaining discipline, and upholding quality, productivity, and attendance standards.
