This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Deliver case support to physicians within designated territories.
• Assist in peripheral and coronary interventional procedures during both pre-market and post-market product development.
• Facilitate clinical studies, encompassing device training, case assistance, and prompt data collection.
• Educate physicians and hospital staff on the safe and effective use of medical devices.
• Present clinical study training materials based on investigational plans, which include study protocols, usage instructions, core lab manuals, and case report forms.
• Oversee key study investigators and cultivate relationships with medical advisors and clinical leaders.
• Collaborate with clinical research colleagues on site retraining, data collection, database closures, and the resolution of critical issues.
• Conduct administrative tasks, including procedural training and the management of territory travel and budgets.
• Provide case support to additional territories as necessary.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in business, science, nursing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience directly supporting interventional or surgical procedures within a hospital environment, or 1 year of experience in industry, hospital-based life sciences, or sales support.
• Proficient understanding of clinical research, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory compliance guidelines for clinical trials.
• Proven track record of effective collaboration with regulatory agencies through clinical studies and product launches.
• Knowledge of products, including product vigilance and medical device reporting.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office applications, word processing, and spreadsheets.
• Understanding of finance and budgeting principles.
