This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Provide technical, clinical, and educational/training assistance to the Sales team within a designated territory.
• Demonstrate and instruct new patients/customers on product usage.
• Follow up with patients and offer ongoing support.
• Support account sales representatives and regional sales managers with lead generation and follow-ups.
• Foster and strengthen client relationships.
• Deliver clinical assistance for patient selection, basic troubleshooting, device use, and patient follow-up.
• Attend patient device implant procedures and conduct follow-ups to ensure successful implantation.
• Educate external personnel on bandage changes and product specifications.
• Address customer needs and product complaints by creating solutions or collaborating with SPR team members.
• Meet with current and potential clients to assess clinical needs and showcase products.
• Ensure facilities are stocked with clinical literature and marketing materials.
• Support industry conferences, exhibits, and laboratory sessions.
• Stay informed about SPR products, competing devices, and neuromodulation techniques.
• Organize and conduct both in-person and remote training for physicians and hospital/clinic staff.
• Manage patient documentation and data collection using Salesforce.
• Stay updated on third-party accreditation standards.
• Adhere to the Corporate Compliance Program.
• Provide constructive guidance to peers.
• Occasionally assist with cases outside the assigned geographic area.
• Report to an Area Sales Manager and receive daily instructions from sales representatives.
• A college degree in a clinical or related field is preferred.
• Experience working with patients, ideally in a clinical setting.
• 3–5 years of relevant clinical support experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A high level of professionalism is essential.
• A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and an active vehicle insurance policy are required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to accept constructive feedback and suggestions for ongoing improvement.
• Willingness to work outside of normal business hours.
• Previous Operating Room experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in working with pain management patients is advantageous.
• Familiarity with neuromodulation techniques is desirable.
• Willingness to travel approximately 75% within the assigned territory.
• Capability to occasionally travel outside the assigned territory.
