Field Clinical Manager – Peripheral Nerve Stimulation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver field-based clinical and technical training/support for TalisMann and StimRouter Peripheral Nerve Stimulators.

• Educate healthcare professionals on the operation of medical devices.

• Assist with related surgical procedures.

• Program devices and offer technical expertise related to PNS products.

• Represent TalisMann and StimRouter PNS during implant procedures, device programming, and case follow-ups.

• Exhibit proficiency in implanted medical devices, troubleshooting methods, and support services.

• Address technical inquiries and investigate solutions to questions or issues.

• Provide on-call assistance for surgeries, reprogramming, troubleshooting, and follow-up activities.

• Train and educate physicians, hospital staff, office personnel, and others on technical product issues.

• Maintain consistent communication with PNS functions, including Regulatory Assurance, Quality Assurance, and Product Development.

• Carry out additional related responsibilities as assigned or requested.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related discipline or a four-year degree with healthcare/clinical experience.

• Preferred experience in surgical and/or OR support as a field clinical engineer, technical representative, technology trainer, or clinical trainer in the medical device industry.

• Proficiency in speaking fluent Spanish is highly preferred.

• Strong ability to communicate clearly and instruct/coach others on product usage and clinical applications.

• Competent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint.

• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75%, including two to three overnight stays each week.
