This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Perform on-site and in-person investigations

• Assess compensability

• Set reserves

• Record decision-making processes

• Process benefit payments

• Notify the State administrative authority

• Collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical, and legal professionals to ensure that suitable benefits are provided according to relevant Workers’ Compensation Laws

• Handle a target caseload of 60 claims

• Travel regularly within a specified territory, with infrequent overnight stays

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Workers Compensation Claims is highly preferred

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional business experience is acceptable

• State license to manage Workers' Compensation claims, if necessary

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required

• A world-class customer service mindset is essential

• Capability to learn and utilize proprietary software as well as Microsoft Office applications

• Self-directed work capability is necessary

• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and a suitable vehicle are required

• Regular travel within a designated territory is mandatory

• Completion of pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check, a 10-panel drug test, and, if applicable, a review of the motor vehicle report is required
