Field Case Manager – Workers' Comp Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Perform on-site and face-to-face investigations

• Assess the compensability of claims

• Set reserves for claims

• Record decision-making processes

• Disburse benefit payments

• Notify the State administrative authority as required

• Collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical professionals, and legal experts

• Ensure that appropriate benefits are delivered in accordance with relevant Workers' Compensation Laws

• Oversee a target caseload of 60 claims

• Travel regularly within a specified territory, with overnight stays needed only occasionally

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Workers Compensation Claims is mandatory

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional business experience is acceptable

• State licensing to manage Workers' Compensation claims is required if applicable

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential

• A world-class customer service mindset is necessary

• Capability to learn and utilize proprietary software as well as Microsoft Office applications

• Must be self-motivated

• A valid driver's license, along with an acceptable driving record and vehicle, is required

• Regular travel within a specified territory is necessary

• Successful completion of pre-employment screening, including a criminal background check and a 10-panel drug test, is required

• Review of motor vehicle report may be necessary, if applicable

• Must satisfy safety-sensitive position criteria for roles that involve company driving
