This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Accountable for generating a thorough estimate of damages for both 1st and 3rd party material damage claims.

• Serves as a peer mentor, having gained expertise in company procedures.

• Collaborates directly with repair facilities and customers by conducting on-site estimates and vehicle assessments.

• Engages in settlement negotiations, processes settlement payments, and meticulously documents all actions within complex files.

• Analyzes regulatory compliance and upholds fair claims practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates who possess an active insurance license must terminate all current appointments prior to onboarding.

• Must not maintain any external appointments at any time during employment.

• Applicants pursuing an adjuster position must formally relinquish their resident producer license when directed by the licensing team.
