Field Applications Specialist – f/m/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Execute product demonstrations, carry out instrument installations, and deliver crucial training to customers.

• Address customers' clinical application challenges and offer technical application support to Sales Representatives.

• Collaborate closely with the regional/local team to safeguard, sustain, and expand company business by effectively assisting the installed base.

• Convey technical and clinical information, ensuring customers utilize instruments efficiently and competently in suitable applications.

• Foster the ongoing enhancement of activities and processes that add value to both the customer and the business, while monitoring customer satisfaction objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical or a related field.

• Over 1 year of experience in a clinical Microbiology laboratory.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license.

• Willingness to travel up to 60% within the designated territory/region, including necessary overnight stays.
