Field Applications Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Install and maintain diagnostic instrumentation and systems in hospitals and independent laboratories

• Deliver exceptional professional support and training to Beckman Coulter clients

• Keep customer support logs and internal records updated promptly

• Address issues effectively to ensure a high-quality customer experience

• Assist in cross-functional business initiatives to enhance growth opportunities

• Showcase innovative solutions and new products to clients

• Work autonomously within a designated geographic area

• Share best practices, mentor colleagues, and access expert technical assistance

• Report directly to the Field Application Manager

⛳️ Requirements

• University degree in a scientific field

• At least 1 year of experience in chemical chemistry and immunoassays

• Proficiency in both French and English

• Knowledge of a third European language is highly advantageous

• Capability to engage with customers on a detailed scientific level

• Willingness to travel and provide services within the assigned area, including occasional travel to other locations and overnight stays

• Flexibility to work hours according to business needs

• Requirement to travel across France with potential overnight stays up to 50% as necessary

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
