This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Assist customers throughout the design, validation, and implementation of fluid management solutions.
• Offer product expertise, application knowledge, and technical support during the entire customer journey.
• Aid the sales team with product design, positioning, and demonstrations.
• Support customers with application development, initial startups, and training sessions.
• Identify, connect with, and engage potential customers and whitespace opportunities within Commercial.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through proactive technical outreach.
• Plan, execute, and oversee technical demonstrations and trials.
• Assess solution fit, quantify customer impact, and address any technical objections.
• Advocate for the defined product and service portfolio.
• Collaborate with Commercial teams on customer proposals and commercial offers.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to ensure adoption and foster repeat business.
• Transition customers to Central Sales once adoption is confirmed.
• Gather and communicate Voice-of-Customer insights, user needs, feedback, and competitive intelligence.
• Influence the assigned product portfolio and enhance sales enablement strategies.
• Contribute to business growth in the Southeast region, including potential coverage in Virginia, Tennessee, and South Carolina.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated professional experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in technical sales, applications support, or pre-sales within a scientific or technical setting.
• Familiarity with MSAT, cGMP Manufacturing, and/or Tech Transfer Teams.
• Experience with single-use systems is highly regarded.
• Proven hunter mindset with a successful track record in identifying, advancing, and securing new opportunities.
• Strong hands-on technical skills, including conducting demos, trials, and customer evaluations.
• Excellent consultative communication abilities.
• Proficient in CRM systems and structured sales methodologies.
• Strong documentation practices.
• Willingness to travel over 50% of the time.
