📋 Description

• Deliver both pre- and post-sales technical and application support in response to inquiries from customers, including education, training, on-site visits, and remote or virtual assistance.

• Cultivate new customer advocates following successful sales.

• Develop and present technical seminars to current and prospective customers, either as part of the sales initiative or during organized events.

• Strengthen and expand Thermo Fisher Scientific’s relationships with key figures in the scientific and educational sectors.

• Contribute to the creation of valuable content, including company-hosted websites, videos, seminars, application reports, eLearning resources, and more.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a master’s degree is required, or 2 years of relevant experience with a PhD is preferred.

• At least 3 years of practical LCMS experience.

• Proficient in qualitative and quantitative proteomics LCMS workflows (such as TMT, DDA, DIA) and related sample preparation methods.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
