Field Application Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide technical assistance and training for the Olink proteomics product range.

• Work alongside sales teams and clients to present product demonstrations, application support, and training sessions.

• Offer pre- and post-sales technical knowledge across various technology platforms.

• Create new applications and address complex technical challenges.

• Foster and sustain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, research and development, and product management teams to ensure customer success and promote business growth through technical excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biology, Immunology, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in method development and technical problem-solving.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of conveying complex concepts to varied audiences.

• Strong presentation and training skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a results-driven environment.

• Experience in project management with the capability to manage multiple priorities.

• Customer service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external clients.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

• Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
