This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Accountable for assisting the technical business operations of Fortis Life Sciences in both pre-sales and post-sales capacities, focusing on the nanoComposix portfolio.

• Provide support to customers regarding application inquiries related to the nanoComposix range and complementary offerings within the Fortis portfolio.

• Facilitate internal communication with the commercial team concerning the technical applications of products.

• Deliver ongoing product presentations and training sessions for customers regarding applications.

• Address and resolve issues with existing products in the market as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in life sciences, chemistry, or engineering is mandatory; a master's degree or PhD is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical commercial role that involves supporting customers in both pre-sales and post-sales environments.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with nanoparticles in diagnostic applications, lateral flow, nanomedicine, or other life sciences fields.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with the ability to use computer-based tools for reports, emails, and general communication.
