Field Application Manager – West & North

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee Flow application teams located in France, the UK, the Netherlands, and Sweden.

• Direct a regional team that provides Flow application support for the West and North markets.

• Propel strategic initiatives and drive measurable enhancements in performance.

• Establish impactful KPIs and monitor performance metrics.

• Collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders.

• Influence decision-making processes and align application strategies with overarching business objectives.

• Lead support initiatives in key markets.

• Foster strong relationships with partners and customers.

• Deliver customized solutions tailored to partners and customers' needs.

• Report to the EMEA Flow Cytometry Application Manager within the EMEA Commercial Organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent.

• Over 3 years of experience in a scientific, medical, or clinical field.

• Advanced knowledge of Flow Cytometry.

• A robust background in Immunology and Hematology supported by previous industry experience.

• Experience managing regional or cross-functional application teams.

• Proficiency in implementing and monitoring impactful KPIs.

• Strong abilities in stakeholder engagement and strategic influence.

• Fluency in English is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region and beyond.

• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

• Proficiency in French is preferred.

• A Master’s or PhD in a scientific field is advantageous.

• Excellent oral and written communication capabilities.

• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
