Field Application Engineer, IP&E

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Serve as a technical project manager, acting as the liaison between customers, partner companies, and the sales team.

• Enhance demand creation by optimizing Arrow Interconnect, Electromechanical, Passive, and Power Supply content in designs.

• Foster and nurture relationships with customers and suppliers through various technical initiatives and programs.

• Formulate and implement strategic technical plans based on supplier line, technology, or customer solutions.

• Increase business opportunities through focused project work with key customers.

• Collaborate with the sales team to offer technical support and consulting services.

• Participate in supplier training sessions both in-person and via conference calls.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in working with electronic products or technologies.

• A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent education/professional experience.

• Familiarity with the Polish electronics market.

• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities, coupled with a creative mindset.

• Proven experience as a technical point of contact.

• Solid understanding of Interconnect, Electromechanical, and Passive products.

• Strong customer focus and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel within the region.

• Proficiency in Polish and English languages.

• Must be located in Poland.
