Field Application Engineer – Iberia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Assist the local sales team and clients with application, technical, and competitive insights.

• Offer pre- and post-sales technical support to field sales, distribution channels, and end users.

• Enhance technical expertise through training, self-education, and collaboration with factory-based technical support engineers.

• Provide sales assistance at trade shows, conferences, seminars, and roadshows.

• Create and deliver presentations and product demonstrations both virtually and on-site.

• Develop online and classroom training programs.

• Utilize Fluke’s CRM (Microsoft Dynamics Software) to log customer interactions and monitor opportunities.

• Support the EMEA sales and marketing team with New Product Introductions.

• Collaborate with the EMEA team and Sales Program Managers on regional marketing initiatives.

• Offer technical support to the Inside Sales team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experienced Field Application Engineer.

• Strong demonstrable technical product and application knowledge, preferably regarding Fluke Products or Industrial Test and Measurement products.

• Capable of presenting and demonstrating measurement solutions to end users.

• Proficient in communicating and motivating through various media platforms.

• Knowledgeable in sales and solutions-selling principles.

• Ability to cultivate relationships with key customers based on technical expertise.

• Competent in working effectively within a cross-functional team environment.

• High degree of independence and ability to engage in self-directed learning.
