This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Sales Director and various teams to design training programs for customers.

• Offer technical assistance to customers concerning CAS products and procedures.

• Assist the Sales and Marketing departments during product presentations and the launch of new therapies.

• Document and communicate all account, market, and competition-related insights, trends, and metrics.

• Collect and relay customer feedback, product-related issues, legal concerns, and complaints regarding product events.

• Carry out all administrative tasks, including the regular submission of activity reports to the Sales Director.

• Travel is required 80–100% of the time, with occasional chances to work in Western Europe.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a Master’s degree in life sciences or engineering.

• Familiarity with electrophysiology products and procedures.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively on projects.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities across all organizational levels.

• Keen attention to detail, quality, and precision.

• Experience in the medical device sector, especially in a hospital operating-room setting, is advantageous.

• Proficiency in the English language is preferred.
