This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Design, architect, and implement scalable multi-agent systems that automate intricate, multi-step business processes.
• Convert existing workflows and create innovative multi-agent frameworks to seize new opportunities.
• Develop agentic solutions utilizing orchestration frameworks such as Google ADK, LangGraph, and CrewAI.
• Create secure tool-calling architectures that allow LLMs to interact safely with internal databases, CRMs, and APIs.
• Apply LLMOps/AgentOps best practices effectively.
• Address AI-specific security challenges, including prompt injection, hallucination loops, and unauthorized tool execution.
• Collaborate under the supervision of the Chief AI & Analytics Officer.
• Show a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through ongoing development and inclusive practices.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
• Travel as necessary to engage with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management.
• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience specifically in generative AI, LLMs, or cognitive architectures.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with MCP architectures.
• Proficient in Rust.
• Thorough understanding of agentic design patterns, including ReAct, Plan-and-Solve, Reflection, and Tree of Thoughts.
• Extensive experience with LLM APIs, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini.
• Experience with open-weights models, including Llama 3 and Mistral.
• Knowledge of vector and graph databases.
• Experience with RAG architectures, including GraphRAG and hybrid search.
• Solid background in AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud architecture.
• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes containerization.
• Some travel may be required.
• Ability to commit to a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday.
