This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Work closely with the sales team and enterprise clients to promote the adoption of Tenstorrent’s AI products and solutions.

• Engage directly with customers through meetings, presentations, and workshops to identify technical challenges and deliver effective solutions.

• Collaborate with sales operations and product teams to gather customer insights and influence product improvements.

• Investigate and advance the capabilities of AI performance on custom silicon.

• Assist developers in optimizing AI applications.

• Fine-tune large language models (LLMs), enhance vision models, and construct AI pipelines that operate at scale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant technical experience in enterprise settings, such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.

• Strong skills in customer engagement.

• Demonstrated expertise in AI technologies and frameworks, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.

• Familiarity with embedded systems, FPGA architecture, or AI accelerators.

• Solid understanding of data center and server architecture, deployment, thermal/power management, and infrastructure management.

• Exceptional communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Must qualify for access to U.S. export-controlled technology, meeting applicable citizenship/permanent residency or export-license criteria.
