This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate effectively with the sales team and enterprise clients to encourage the adoption of Tenstorrent’s AI products and solutions.

• Engage directly with customers during meetings, presentations, and workshops to identify technical challenges and deliver appropriate solutions.

• Articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.

• Collaborate with sales operations and product teams to gather customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.

• Provide insights from the field to influence the development roadmap, features, and developer engagement strategies.

• Investigate and advance the performance of AI on custom silicon.

• Optimize LLMs, enhance vision models, and develop AI pipelines that operate at scale.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant technical experience in enterprise roles, such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.

• Strong skills in customer interaction.

• Demonstrated expertise in AI technologies and frameworks, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.

• Experience with embedded systems, FPGA architecture, or AI accelerators.

• Solid understanding of data center and server architecture, deployment, thermal/power management, and infrastructure oversight.

• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology, including compliance with relevant U.S. export laws and potential citizenship/permanent residency or prior license approval requirements.
